    Job Description:

    Note: We are Looking for an Immediate or 20 days notice candidates

    A PMO is a project management office analyst in a company. He/she helps a company complete short-term initiatives and long-term projects on time. He/she also has to conduct organizational studies and recommend process improvement suggestions in operating activities smoothly. As a PMO Analyst, his/her main responsibilities are to track progress of all activities part of the Project Office. He/she will also have to monitor progress, co-ordinate delivery dates, and deadlines for all project execution.


    Job Responsibilities:

    Keeping an eye on progress of all sales orders (including RFP, RFQ etc) coming into the Project Office, monitoring progress and coordinating delivery dates.
    Organizing and facilitating closure of project and complete benefit analysis at the end of the project.
    Responsible for tracking performance against new SLAs, to ensure there are no delays of orders for critical work-streams.
    Should continue to update and improve project methods.
    A weekly performance report and monthly Project Status report must be produced.
    Must Support all Project and Programme Managers with day to day running of project admin \tasks.
    Reviewing, collating, maintaining and highlighting changes to project plans frequently.
    Adhere to all the organization policies/ guidelines and process/ procedures


    Desirable Skills:

    Should be able to determine methodologies for repeatable processes.
    Participate in Strategic Project Management either as facilitator or actively as owner of the Portfolio Management process.
    Monitoring and Reporting on active projects (following up project until completion), and reporting progress for strategic decisions.
    Integrating schedules across related programs and projects.
    Tracking key milestones.
    Knowledge of PPM tools.
    Experience of working on a large scale IT Programme.
    Knowledge of PPM tools.
    Excellent in Excel
    Work experience with a large scale IT companies.


    Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
    Written and Oral communication - Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience. The ability to communicate information and ideas in conversations so that others will understand.
    Inter- personal skills Ability to work with different stakeholders in ensure coordination and collaboration with all
    Negotiation Ability to work with others to find a mutually agreeable outcome.


    Qualification: MBA/PGDM/Certification in PMP
    Experience: 8 Years and above
