    Job Description:
    Position: Personal Secretory
    Location: Bangalore
    Experience: 0- 3 year
    salary; 25- 40k
    Industry: manufacturing

    1. Age: 27 - 33, female, single.
    2. Pleasing personality, with a willingness to serve.
    3. Good command over English and Hindi. (knowledge of regional language - Tamil / Kannada would be an added advantage)
    4. should be willing to travel for about 15 days each month (within India) with director to meet clients, business partners, architects and consultants
    5. should be willing to look at the job as a 24 X 7 responsibility
    6. should have good command over MS Excel and working knowledge of Power Point
    7. prior experience as a secretary / ps would be beneficial. Experience in management roles would be crucial.
    8. should be able to keep track of appointments, book tickets, hotel room bookings etc
    9. should be willing to assist in presentations, promotional activity etc.
    10. should be able to handle pressure.
    11. should be capable of handling vendors, clients, payment receivables / payable etc
    12. should be able to generate reports, send emails etc.
    13. should be medically fit and have an open mind
    14. package : 25 ~ 35 k per month + benefits.
    15. outstation candidates can be provided accommodation.
