Job Description

Designation: Pre-sales Lead - Network

Experience required:  7+ years

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Kochi


✓ Attend client meetings and presentations with Sales representatives. 

✓ Understand the customer needs clearly and provide optimal and viable business proposals. 

✓ Based on clients Technical requirements, infrastructure, configuration requirements provide detailed
technical design and optimal solutions and required diagrams.  
✓ Work with Implementation team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers. 
✓ Provide the Implementation team with all necessary documentation for the successful completion of the
✓ Provides pre-sales support for new and existing customers 
✓ Work with Sales to provide a timely response for technical RFI/RFP questions. 
✓ Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls. 
✓ Responsible for creating a proof of concept solution to demonstrate to the customer. 
Travel as needed to customer sites and attend industry events.
✓ Develop product training material. 
✓ Additional responsibilities include providing on-site support, handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences and ensuring proactive communications with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. 
✓ Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars and certifications. 
✓ Strong Communication skills in both Written and Spoken.
✓ Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills. ✓ Detail Oriented, Multi-tasking and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress. 
✓ Must be able to learn new technologies quickly. 
✓ Must be a team Player. 

Candidate Summary:
✓ Experience as a Presales Engineer in System Engineering or designing IP LAN, WAN, Wireless, MPLS, DWDM,
Collaboration technologies. 
✓ Experience as Field Engineer in implementing IP LAN, WAN, Wireless, Voice and MPLS including highly
available, redundant networks.
✓ Should be having in-depth knowledge on Various Applications and Network Services. 
✓ Should have in-depth knowledge in Software Defined Network/ACI infrastructure.
✓ Should have in-depth knowledge in Software Defined WAN infrastructure. 
✓ Should have in-depth knowledge in Service Provider Network technologies such as DWDM, MPLS etc. 
✓ Should have in-depth knowledge in GPON and triple-play services provisioning to customers. 
✓ Should have knowledge in Network automation tools like ansible, chef, salt etc. 
✓ Adapting to the latest technologies and converting the technology skill sets to Business solution for different
vertical customers. 
✓ IP Networking: CCNP/CCDP, CCIE, Fortinet, HPe Certification desired. 
✓ Proven track record of selling, building and or deploying technology solutions.
✓ Proven experience in providing complex voice and data system solutions to enterprise clients. 
✓ Experienced as a Presales Engineer in network design, installation and management. 
✓ Outstanding Pre and Post Sales account management and follow through skills, resourcefulness and
attention to detail.
✓ Experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
✓ Working knowledge of vendor products and technologies from Cisco, HPe, Aruba, Juniper and Fortinet etc.

Salary: INR 30,00,000 - 40,00,000 PA.
