Designation: Pre-sales Lead - Network
Experience required: 7+ years
â Attend client meetings and presentations with Sales representatives.
â Understand the customer needs clearly and provide optimal and viable business proposals.
â Based on clients Technical requirements, infrastructure, configuration requirements provide detailed
technical design and optimal solutions and required diagrams.
â Work with Implementation team to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers.
â Provide the Implementation team with all necessary documentation for the successful completion of the
â Provides pre-sales support for new and existing customers
â Work with Sales to provide a timely response for technical RFI/RFP questions.
â Participate in all scheduled sales team meetings/conference calls.
â Responsible for creating a proof of concept solution to demonstrate to the customer.
Travel as needed to customer sites and attend industry events.
â Develop product training material.
â Additional responsibilities include providing on-site support, handling technical presentations at trade shows and conferences and ensuring proactive communications with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
â Maintain an in-depth level of technical and industry knowledge through ongoing training, seminars and certifications.
â Strong Communication skills in both Written and Spoken.
â Must have excellent interpersonal and time management skills. â Detail Oriented, Multi-tasking and able to deal with tight deadlines and stress.
â Must be able to learn new technologies quickly.
â Must be a team Player.
â Experience as a Presales Engineer in System Engineering or designing IP LAN, WAN, Wireless, MPLS, DWDM,
â Experience as Field Engineer in implementing IP LAN, WAN, Wireless, Voice and MPLS including highly
available, redundant networks.
â Should be having in-depth knowledge on Various Applications and Network Services.
â Should have in-depth knowledge in Software Defined Network/ACI infrastructure.
â Should have in-depth knowledge in Software Defined WAN infrastructure.
â Should have in-depth knowledge in Service Provider Network technologies such as DWDM, MPLS etc.
â Should have in-depth knowledge in GPON and triple-play services provisioning to customers.
â Should have knowledge in Network automation tools like ansible, chef, salt etc.
â Adapting to the latest technologies and converting the technology skill sets to Business solution for different
â IP Networking: CCNP/CCDP, CCIE, Fortinet, HPe Certification desired.
â Proven track record of selling, building and or deploying technology solutions.
â Proven experience in providing complex voice and data system solutions to enterprise clients.
â Experienced as a Presales Engineer in network design, installation and management.
â Outstanding Pre and Post Sales account management and follow through skills, resourcefulness and
attention to detail.
â Experience in designing and presenting technical solutions to meet customer requirements.
â Working knowledge of vendor products and technologies from Cisco, HPe, Aruba, Juniper and Fortinet etc.
