    Job Title: Presales Specialist /Business Development Executive
    Job Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
    Shift Timings: US shift (06.00 PM IST to 04.00 AM IST)

    About The Role
    Collabera is looking for Business Development Executive/ Pre Sales Executive who can cultivate opportunities for the development of the business and plans strategies to target potential clients and customers. Provide pre-sales support to clients by identifying the requirements and designing a proposals for the client. Business Development Team is the cornerstone of any successful organization because they ultimately generate new revenue by getting client business referrals, network, and web leads and Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Therefore, they need to upgrade themselves regularly with current industry trends and maintain good relations with potential business entrepreneurs.

    What You'll Do
    Reviewing client RFPs
    Working with clients as SPOC for any questions
    Preparing questions / clarifications to be asked to clients
    Working with managed services team to build proposals
    Working with US and Global DMs for pricing the bids
    Coordinating all Orals for client presentations
    If we win the deal, then manage the project for TS/Invoicing etc.
    To work closely with the sales team in the area of product suitability and service delivery expectations
    To advise on bid / no bid decisions based on technical and commercial considerations
    To articulate (through written submissions and oral presentations) solutions to clients
    Support sales efforts with in-depth product and business knowledge
    To maintain a thorough knowledge of the companys products and service offerings and methodologies
    To work with the product development teams to capture new customer requirements and develop and expand the product portfolio
    To work with the post sales team in handing over any presales efforts
    Represent the company in a professional manner and build good relationships with clients to the companys benefit

    What Youll Need
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
    Hand on experience of MS Excel
    Persuasive and goal-oriented
    Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
    Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
    Self-motivated and self-directed
    Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
    In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry
    Able to work accurately under stress and pressure to meet competing deadlines
    Excellent analytical and time-management skills
    Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client
    Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
    Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

    Bonus Points If
    Experience with lead generation and prospect management
    Cold calling experience; Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience
