    Ensures that the academic performance of the students in all competitive forums shows a year on year increment and are able to peruse further studies in ivy league institutions.
    Ensures that the student participation in sports and performing arts competitions is high and qualifies for state and national selections.
    Ensures quality execution of all planned curriculum, activities, events and programmes with clarity of micro-objectives to be achieved as per plan.

    Projecting and planning infrastructure, fixed assets, manpower, budget, curriculum, activities, events etc.
    Projecting and optimizing student strength.
    Planning, projecting and optimising infrastructure and fixed assets requirements.

    Identify, Create, Lead, Manage, Develop and mentor teams and cultivate leadership in others.
    Ensuring that the right person is identified / recruited (internally or externally) for the right job at the right price in time.
    Ensuring that the staff are indoctrinated and expectations set.
    Ensuring execution of systematic and diligent periodic performance reviews followed by acknowledged feedback to all the staff.

    Demonstrate financial prudence wrt targets and budget.
    Ensuring that the net admission targets of the centre is met, ensuring year on year growth.

    Achieving efficiency and excellence in Parent and stakeholder Management, Communication and Relations.

    Ensuring Efficiency and Support for all stakeholders from the General Administration.
    Ensure safety and security of all stakeholders at all times.
    Ensure adherence to all systems, policies and process in line with organizations set vision.
    Actively participate in improving the policies and procedures based on, on ground experiences.
    Encourage amicable environment in the centre that fosters a culture of respect, ethics and integrity.
    Be the focal point of all activities across the centre with respect to decision making, execution, traction, measurement and reporting.
    Ensures the activities of the school are conducted in accordance with the laws applicable.
