An Enterprise Performance Management implementation consultant with the ability to lead a customer through an implementation to leverage application capabilities and capture business value. The individual must be able to participate in pre-sales discussions, review estimates and lead the solution design during implementation. The candidate should have an understanding of finance and accounting, with a proven track record of implementing financial planning and budgeting, financial reporting, financial consolidation and financial close solutions.
The candidate should have a Bachelor or higher Degree in Finance, Accounting with professional qualification either CA or ICWAI or MBA (Finance)
Have a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience including at least 2 Cloud EPM implementations in ePBCS / ARCS/ FCCS / PCMCS / TRCS, etc. and overall 8-10 years of experience in functional to techno-functional capacity.
If technical or techno-functional, needs to have experience in integrations, data management, reports and web forms development.
Demonstrated teamwork and team lead capabilities
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent analytical skills and ability to present solutions
Knowledge of related tools and technologies including, SmartVeiw, FR Studio, Data Integrator, Calc Manager, etc.
