    Procurement team functions to work independently supporting purchasing team with the document management processes.

    Act as a SPOC for purchasing team to Internal/ External stakeholder

    (What is the expected contributions of the position to the results of the organization)

    Effective procurement process leading to best in class support to purchasing team

    Co-ordination within SEI organization on NPP function

    AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    (Describe the nature, scope, level of improvements to new ideas, etc.)

    Purchase order management Creating Purchase order experience of working in an integrated SAP environment
    Preparing supplier bids comparison & evaluation, conducting negotiations, LOI/ Contract formation, SLAs and other contract exhibits
    Co-ordinate with purchasing team for documentation. Ensuring proper document management and ensure compliance to ISO process
    Supporting NPP function/ buyer with misc activities (MIS, reporting & analysis etc)
    Supports central purchasing team with e Sourcing activities (RFI, RFPs and e Auctions)
    Managing indirect purchase commodity buying with buyers.

    Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):

    Positive attitude, Team work, Innovation. Good knowledge of SAP purchase module.

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
