    - Negotiating and administrating the purchasing contracts, determining payment terms and delivery term negotiation, optimization and management.
    - Monitoring supplier performance management, cost saving opportunity identification and action driven.
    - Procuring materials and finalizing contracts/services in the areas of technology (hardware and software), infrastructure/facilities, office supplies, other services and maintenance contracts.
    - Vendor identification, evaluation, selection and management.
    - Dealing with Suppliers / vendors (Supplier Identification, Conduct Negotiations, Develop and close contracts).
    - Managing necessary records, data, accounting and MIS relating to the department
    - Purchase order (PO) creation with all supporting documents, per policy.

    Skills & Experience:

    - Candidates with a total relevant experience of 02-04 years (preferably IT/ITES industry).
    - Must have experience in Facility development, maintenance, Software and Hardware purchases
    - Vendor Management
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal, facilitation

Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 6,00,000 P.A.
