    Responsibilities:
    NPS: - The Job involves driving of National Pension System (NPS) Retail and Corporate NPS through Branch Banking, Digital Campaigns and Corporate Salary team of the Bank and achieves targets given by PFRDA to the Bank.

    Business Planning / Execution of NPS:
    Build a roadmap and end-to-end strategy to drive NPS through Branch Banking, Digital Campaigns and Corporate Salary team of the Bank.
    Allocate targets to branches basis target given by PFRDA. This needs to be done strategically as per branch potential and location so as to have optimum participation.
    Work out contests and rewards for branches to ensure excitement in the channel.
    Drive the contests given by PFRDA with the channel and ensure winners are felicitated and highlighted. This will serve as motivation for the entire channel.
    Leverage NPS through the Bank's existing corporate relationships and, use it as a facilitation tool to source new corporates.
    Evaluate the usage of NPS and implement strategies to further Banks goal of achieving customer stickiness / increased wallet share.
    Plan and conduct effective meetings with stakeholders and evaluate the implementation of management objectives of achieving NPS target given by PFRDA (Corporate Salary Sales Team /Corporate Salary Product Team / HDFC Life Pension Team).
    Provide MIS regularly to Branches and Corporate Salary Team to monitor progress of NPS Target v/s Achievement.
    Closely track cost and revenue impact and to ensure Bank receives all the due incentives/charges and are appropriately accounted. Advise course corrections strategies and consult with senior business/departmental functionaries to ensure project success and implementation.
    Ensure incentive process for Branch / Corporate Salary channel is adhered to and regular incentives are received so as to encourage increased involvement of front-line team.

    Training / Quality / Knowledge Dissemination:
    Training - Ensure continuous training to the respective line functions (Branch and Corporate Salary Team) to ensure standard implementation and success of the initiatives/projects.
    Quality related initiatives with regard to each of the parameters prescribed for NPS.
    Run initiatives like Did you Know, Product of the month through global mailers, Gyaanline.
    Propagating Best-in-Class practices and Trend Analysis & Competition Benchmarking.
    Identify control enhancement / improvement opportunities and share best practices.
    Travel to regions to share best practices, training & communication, & review of management objectives.

    Digital Channel Strategy:
    Responsible to drive the NPS initiative through various digital channels i.e. Website /Corporate Microsite / Mobile site , E- mailers / SMS , etc. for maximum business impact.
    Identify the most potential segments for NPS with help of marketing analytics and run campaigns on the database.
    Design most effective communication and mailers for the campaigns to help increase the conversions
    Drive and run campaigns to increase / maximise customer enrolments through Digital channels.
    Monitoring the impact of campaigns and drive as per best result oriented channels.
    Evaluate the techno-economic feasibility of expansion of this initiative to ensure optimal cost-revenue benefits to the Bank.

    Relationship Management: Interaction with Internal and External Stakeholders:
    The role involves continuous interaction with key senior stakeholders internally across departments, hierarchies and organization levels.
    Liaison and interact with external stakeholders such as PFRDA, NPS Trust, CRAs NSDL and Karvy, HDFC Life Pension team.
    Ensure relevant management objectives are met through implementation of key strategic initiatives.
