As a Product Manager, you will define requirements for new applications and customizations, adhering to standards, processes and best practices and ensure the product delivery is aligned to customers' needs. You will work very closely with the Product Leadership team to drive business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities
Ensure quality of one or more application codebases and alignment with architecture, development standards by actively working with architect & product management team
Apply technical capabilities within own discipline to coach and develop junior employees
Provide input into performance appraisal process for some junior employees or team members
Design highly complex applications, interfaces and integration with a modest number of systems
Responsible for performance engineering of the enterprise software architecture, and providing functional guidance, advice, and/or training to other application developers
Modest advanced code development, code review and day-to-day support duties
Research and evaluate tools to support domain-specific needs
Ability to lead project teams, collaborate with business partners, vendor/ consulting organizations and peer level professionals from other IT disciplines
Experience of working in both rapid prototyping and structured development environments. Demonstrable competence in at least one recognized methodology for each approach.
Experience as scrum master.
Self-starter who works with little direction, seeks and advances new ways of doing things, keeps abreast of relevant technologies and trends

Â· Experience with managing development project/product with Java, AngularJS/ReactJS, NoSQL
Required Candidate profile
12+ Years of IT experience including requirements gathering and relationship building with cross-functional teams, business clients
Experience with Financial Services (Payments) industry is a must
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills
