    Roles and responsibilities 

    Principal accountabilities:

    Product Development and Management
    Conceptualize innovative products leading to overall revenue generation of Fx income.
    Increase partnership with Public and Private sector banks.
    Partnership with institutions who can be leveraged to increase Remittance volumes.
    Increase the offshore Private Banking business and meet the overall revenue target.
    Creating Product awareness among branches through campaign & providing product training to the branches and relationship managers
    Timely Implementation of relevant processes and improve the clients experience
    Explore & enable new segments & markets for offshore tranche
    Focus on product penetration across the NR base & leverage on the Global Indian strategy to increase flow income
    Compliance related
    Ensure compliance to regulatory guide lines (Internal and External) on a need basis
    Process streamlining and process improvements
    Keep track of new and upcoming regulations for various countries

    Measurement criteria:
    Revenue achievement
    Timely roll out of cross-sell / remittance campaigns
    Timely resolution of branch & customer queries
    Branch Support through channel

    Requisite Skills:
    Leadership Skills
    Analytical skills
    Good product knowledge
    Aggressive in follow-up with Team in the Bank
