    Roles and Responsibility :

    Responsibilities :

    - Managing several related projects, with the intention of improving an organization's performance.

    - Mainly responsible for delivering change.

    - Requires effective co-ordination of the projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising.

    - Co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits.

    - Creating and maintaining focus, enthusiasm and momentum.

    - Is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the programme.

    - Develop and maintain the programme environment to support each individual project within it.

    - Managing the programme's budget on behalf of the senior management, monitoring expenditure and costs against delivered and realised benefits as the programme progresses.

    - Responsible for customer satisfaction and to some extent to the commercial growth within the account.

    - Driving to the desired end state and ensuring the voice of the customer at all times.

    Required Candidate profile

    Skills Required :

    - Program scheduling and planning, monitoring and status. Reporting against planned deliverables, benefits and milestones.

    - Good communication and leadership skills.

    - Ability to command respect.

    - Conflict Resolution skills.

    - Good knowledge of project management principles.

    - Be comfortable in an uncertain environment.

    - Benefit Focussed.

    - A constant risk management mindset.

    - Genuine enthusiasm for technology.

    Desired experience :

    - Successful execution of a low to medium complexity program & its profitability.

    - Understanding of the individual program and how it interacts with other programs.

    - Lead the analysis of complex business problems and responsible for business requirements being documented to the highest standard.

    - Effective project management, support the development of tools and process to deliver a superior customer experience.

    - Proactively identify solutions to meet business objectives, taking into account the implications of change on the organization and all stakeholders.

    - Using own initiative to develop or improve program or project management processes.

    - Proven success in creatively solving problems and refining processes and procedures.
