ESAF SMALL FINANCE BANK  - JUNIOR PROGRAMMER RESOURCE (MIS Department)

Job Brief
We are looking for a Talented Programmer to create secure and functional code. You may have to provide quality coding solutions both for simple applications and complex information or operating systems.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and software building. Attention to detail and an analytical mind are essential qualities for a successful career in programming.

Candidate Profile

Candidate who have at least two years consistent experience in web design, preferably in banking domain/NBFC/ Banking products
Web development expertise in any web design tools(PHP, .Net, Java).
Expertise in any database (Oracle, MYSQL, SQL etc.) with banking domain preferably.

Job Responsibilities

Formulating programs specifications and basic prototypes
Programming
Debugging/ fixing errors
Collaborating with business analysts and developers to produce software designs.


Requirements
Proven experience as a programmer or relevant role
Ability to program in languages such as PHP, Java (J2EE), Python etc.
Experience in developing web applications using PHP, Java, python.
Excellent knowledge with relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies.
Detail-oriented and excellent concentration ability
An analytical mind set and critical thinking.
Demonstrable ability to discover and fix errors in code.
B Tech/MCA or relevant discipline.
