Roles and responsibilities Preparation of Work break-down structure, Schedule of the project.
Coordinate with vendors/internal functions/associates, Liaison with local bodies/agencies for project clearance, etc
Monitoring/Control of the project activities. Ensure timely deliverables and resolving stake-holders conflicts.
Documentation of all the project/ existing plant modifications and any Improvements in the new plant.
Handling of project activities, interaction with all stakeholders.
Required Candidate profile
Independent handling of EPC projects for process industries
Ability to properly co-ordinate with various internal and external departments of EPC (Educational Institutes, Technology, Vendors for mechanical, E&I items Engineering, QC, Procurement, Construction, Finance etc) and meticulous maintenance of project documentation, MOM, records.
Good communication skills, flair for working on new technology projects, capable of taking self initiative to drive the project with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of ERP & project scheduling in MS Project/primavera software (minimum 1 year active usage exposure).
Active Participation during pre-commissioning, commissioning, plant operation, troubleshooting/improvements in plant.
Conversant with unit operations & processes of chemical/ fertilizer/ refinery plants
Familiarity with processes involving compressor, boiler, blower, heat exchanger, filter press, burner, pump, cooling tower, Nitrogen PSA Plants, etc. Handling of fluidized bed system will be an added advantage.
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Mechanical, Chemical
