    Experience, Educational Qualification
    B.E/B.Tech. or BA/B.Sc with a MBA/MCA with certification in Lean Six Sigma, ISO 9001 preferred
    3-6 years of experience
    Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management function/ Enrollment & Project Management/ Implementation/Business Process Reengineering /Process improvement engagements/ Assignments/Projects.
    Knowledge of Government processes, Rules and Regulations.
    Experience in government set up in Project Management or Software Project Management/executing Business Process Reengineering exercise for government/public sector undertakings will be preferred.
    Day to day program management and issue tracking.
    Proficient in MS Office and other programme management tools.

    Job Profile
    Provide Assistance to Headquarters Office heads/ Regional Offices/Other departments of the State Government on Aadhaar Life cycle Management of UIDAI, in the areas of Policy framing/updation for Aadhaar life cycle management.
    Engage with UIDAI Regional Offices and Tech Centre, Bengaluru on policy matter.
    Ensure that the processes are happening as per the requirements and quality controls defined
    Ensure standardization of the data elements, collation and correlation of database.
    Managing database and related correspondence with all the stakeholders.
    Responsible for quality check of enrolment and update packets
    Monitor application development process from user perspective for automation of process.
    Bid process Management and Selection of external agencies including contract Management
