Roles and Responsibilities
1. Conduct quantity surveying activities such as takeoff (structural & architectural)
2. Prepare BOQ & Tender documents and estimates for construction projects.
3. Analyze subcontractor bills & Claims
4. Material & Quantity Reconciliation.
5. Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues related to quantities or costs.
