    What are we looking for?

           Graduate, with minimum of 10-12 years work experience
           We prefer candidates with relevant experience in leading teams, who are responsible for the sale and distribution of Mutual Funds and other investment products, such as PMS, Bonds, Structures, Alternatives.
           Should have experience in client management
           Well aware of the Investments market and business
           A business management diploma or CFP (certified financial planner) is an added plus
           The candidate should posses the ability to work with teams, and in a co-dependent culture
           He/she should posses ambition, exercise diligence, and have process-orientation
           Strong communication skills

    What does the job entail?

           Manage a team of 10-15 Investment Advisors for the region
           Own the business deliverable for Investments for the region
           Interact closely with the Branch Managers to enable business generation from the broking RM channels
           The role reports into the National Sales Head Investments & Insurance, with a dotted line into the Cluster Head
