Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user-facing features using React and TypeScript.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
- Integrate frontend components with backend services using REST, WebSocket, and MQTT.
- Participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX designers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
- Create unit and integration tests to ensure high code quality.
- Document features and technical decisions in Confluence.
Must-Have Skills (Expert Level):
- React JS
- JavaScript
- HTML, CSS
- Unit Testing Frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library)
- Backend Integration (REST APIs, MQTT, WebSocket)
- Problem Solving
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Communication Skills
- Debugging and Troubleshooting
- Agile Tools and Methodologies (JIRA, Confluence, Agile practices)
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade React applications.
- Proficient in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of testing frameworks and debugging techniques.
- Experience with agile project management tools like JIRA.
- Solid understanding of integrating with various backend technologies.
