    Clarity Consulting is a boutique recruitment firm, specializing in recruiting for Consulting , Outsourcing and Research & analytics firms . We are headquartered in  Saket, New Delhi and service our clients PAN India from this office. This is our 8th year of operation and we have been growing at a rapid pace, while maintaining our position as the top 5 Vendor at most clients. 

    To cater to our growing business requirements,we are urgently looking for Recruitment Executives who would be responsible for end to end recruitment process.

    Role & Responsibilities:
    • Understand the assigned position by browsing Client's nature of business/product/location and other given parameters.
    • Create brief/job descriptions for job postings to be advertised or promoted.
    • Focus on sourcing quality resumes through head hunting, job portals and networking Sites.
    • Preliminary screening / shortlisting the right profiles against the given requirement.
    • Providing Qualitative Candidates to clients within the Stipulated Time Frame.
    • Schedule and coordinate face-to-face and phone interviews for client hiring managers with candidates.
    • Taking Feedback from clients and candidates after the interview.
    • Scheduling interviews, Follow ups for interviews / joining and updating clients on the same.
    • Discuss, negotiate & finalize on the compensation & offer, salary negotiations, hand holding the candidate till the date of joining.
    • Prepare weekly Recruitment Tracker/MIS and maintain a history of communication with all applicants.
    • Ensuring given targets are met.

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.

Desired Candidate Profile

    Male / Female Candidates with 1-6 years of experience in Recruitment domain

    Must Haves:

    Excellent communication skills.
    Recruitment experience in any domain is fine.
    Should have experience in a complete life cycle of recruitment from Sourcing till On-boarding.
    Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
    Should be able to handle pressure.
    Should be a well versed with the various job boards like,Monster, Dice, Careerbuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
    Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

    Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and the evolving needs of the business.
    Awareness of latest hiring tools and its utilization.


UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:Post Graduation Not Required
