    Roles & Responsibilities:

    Sourcing, conduct skill testing & interviews
    Co-ordinate / liaison with placement consultants / institutions etc.
    Contribute to creating an organizational image, which would help in attracting and recruiting the best talent
    Interface with different HR and Operations team
    Should be able to screen high number of candidates
    High on Collaboration and working with multiple teams
    Ability to work well with various levels of the organization - leadership / management.
    MIS & data reporting
    Maintain and update trackers for ongoing programs & projects

    Desired Skills:

    Good knowledge of computers.
    Good communication skills, Data management skills and detail oriented.
    Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    Ability to multitask, handle stress and work with people at all levels

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
