This role is responsible for working collaboratively on HR activity and project management for Accelya. The ideal candidate will partner with the Business Integration Leaders, business unit heads and HR team to manage the HR critical work stream activities.
Organizational Strategy: Is accountable for business, functional, operational processes and/or program management. Is responsible for part of a Function within Business Unit.
Functional Responsibility: The role requires a comprehensive understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the organization sub-function to contribute to achieving the goals of the business. The job also requires a basic understanding of the industry sector in which it is operating. Performance is subject to the understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the organization sub-function.
Impact on Organization: Has an impact on the business through providing value-added perspectives or advisory services that are important to decision making, or through responsibility for the volume, quality and timeliness of end results. Has an impact on the business through joint influence over and shared responsibility with more senior management for planning of resources, budgets and policies.
Global Responsibility: Accountable for the budget, performance and results of a team. The role has financial accountability for independent budgets.
Duties & Responsibilities
Translate Business Units requirements into HR project plans for HR functional groups to lead and execute.
Provide advice and recommendations on head count management and HR strategy.
Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
Develop plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
Aware of leading-edge HR thinking
Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity, and make recommendation if needed.
Keep up-to-date on HRM and talent management issues.
Applies innovative strategies on HR issues; identifies and recommends solutions to various personnel.
Provide employee development and counseling assistance to employees to enhance employee performance and productivity.
