    • Planning and accomplishing of operations in the Branch.
    • Oversee and ensure 100% manpower deployed at all times& to manage resources effectively & appropriately to key area of work
    • Ensure 100% client retention in area of responsibility.
    • Forecasting manpower requirements for potential deployment.
    • Ensure periodic meetings with all clients are conducted and service deliverables monitored to their satisfaction.
    • Ensuring 100% statutory compliances are met with as per law of the land.
    • Conduct security audits/survey of clients on as required basis.
    • Ensure surprise checks & night checks in area of responsibility.
    • Ensure submission of Operations MIS by Branch as per given timeline.
    • Ensure periodic training is imparted to security staff deployed in Branch/Region.
    • Ensure timely procurement & disbursal of uniform.
    • Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of staff salaries.
    • Ensure regular updation of the Security Operations Manual & make it handy for use by all on site security personnel to cover duties, individual instructions for each post; attendance; use of security equipment; dress standard; training etc.
    • Training and Disaster recovery management by providing proper & regular training to security staff on disasters; fire and bomb procedures; use of technical equipment and routine security duties. In addition regular assessment performed.
    • Ensure timely response to Performance & attendance issues & adherence to state archives policies.
    • Adherence to escalation matrix for issues and challenges.

    • Bring additional business in area of responsibility

    • Giving site security reports to clients and presentations to prospective clients and staying in constant touch with them
    • Keep a continuous watch in the existing and emerging markets for prospective clients.

    • Budgeting: Reviewing & Representing Annual Branch Budget on Quarterly/Monthly Basis to HO.
    • Prepare business cases in support of large expenditure when required.
    • Treasury Management: Ensure smooth & cost effective functioning of Branch, timely clearance of Branch Imprest & reconciliations coordination with bank, Optimum Utilization of Funds by ensuring timely Remittances& make arrangements in critical fund situations. Work as single point of contact for Broadcasters Accounts.
    • Ensure proper MIS management: Regular/Periodic MIS Reports required at all level for branch & HO.Ensure Timely delivery of reports related to business, collection, performance, debtors, financial statements etc.

Salary: INR 5,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A.
