Job Description

# Responsible for franchisee development PAN India Roll.
# Experience should be in charting out sales strategies, contributing towards enhancing business volumes & growth and achieving revenue & profitability norms.
# Responsible for PAN India franchisee sales,
# Responsible for signing up new franchise schools at PAN India.
# Ability in understanding the clients mindset and convincing them according to their requirements.
# Execute the franchisee growth acquisition strategy for the Company.
# Manage the entire franchisee sales process.
# Responsible for the franchise sales pre-qualification and application process.
# Achieve sales target with respect to signing up school franchise.
# Be able to connect with High net worth individuals audiences and influence them to pitch the School proposition.
# Promptly and diligently respond to and follow up on all quality prospects.
# Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
# Implement production productivity, quality and customer service standards.
# As part of a site selection committee, review and analyze sites for franchisees.
# Resolving problems and timely completion of audits.
# Identifying trends and determining regional sales system improvements.
# Maintain required records and documentation of sales process.
# Candidate must be effective communicator with good presentation, negotiation, relationship management & leadership skills.

Required Candidate profile

Candidate Must have -
1. Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience,
2. Experience in Franchisee Acquisitions,
3. Working with any leading Education / Institution Sector

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 12,00,000 PA.
