     Purpose of the Job Role
    - Mentor, Motivate and lead Sales team to achieve agreed objectives and Sales Plan.
    - Developing Sales, Marketing and innovative business strategies to plan market growth and diversification.
    - Ensure customer Segmentation, market analysis and product placement to penetrate potential market.
    - Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

    Key Accountabilities
    - Drive Sale Strategy and effective communicate Management expectations.
    - Accomplishes regional sales, human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned region
    - Communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions, planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
    - Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information, recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
    - Preparing and completing action plans to deliver regional sales operational objectives
    - Forecasting and budgeting volume production to meet the sales forecast plan.
    - To monitor productivity, quality of customer service, standards; help in resolving customer issues,
    - Planning, strategizing and completing sales/ Surprise audits to measure efficiency and identify gaps in service standards.
    - Identifying market trends to determine regional sales system improvements and implementing necessary changes.
    - Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
    - Aligning sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for region in line with national objectives.
    - Maintains and expands customer base by monitoring sales executives, building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
    - Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
    - Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
    - Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
    - Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

    Key Measures
    - Achievement of Various Targets for region
    - Stock management and expiry
    - Paymentales and credit management.
    - Team attrition and discipline.
    - Implementation of SOPs.

    Eligibility criteria
    - Graduate
    - Good Communication Skills in English and Regional Language
    - Must have 8+ years of relevant experience in Pharma /FMCG/Retail background

    - Should have Geographical understanding and work experience.

    - Must Have 3+ Years of ASM Level Experience

Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.
