2) Candidate will also be responsible to opening up to new applications of Dry Ice Blasting within existing Industries or New Industries which are unexplored by CMW yet.

Responsible for End to End Sales.
Shall be responsible for Following activities:
1. Collect Market Information about the Industries in the assigned Region via multiple sources and Cold Call them to generate interest in Dry Ice Blasting Technology and eventually generate interest in CMW product.
2. Preparing right Presentation with appropriate content for the lead generated and present the same to client management and persuade their interest in CMW product
3. Responsible to create own Sales Journey Planner (SJP) i.e. Plan of Action on daily basis which will be submitted to CMW management a week prior via Sales CRM tool.
4. Candidate also has to plan Demo session if required with the client in order to generate their interest and prove the effectiveness of the technology.
5. Responsible to co-ordinate with client for pitching right price, Negotiations between client and CMW Management, Vendor registration at clients Organization, payment follow up, payment collection, feedback collection, up-sell or cross-sell new product or new services of CMW which can be helpful for the client.
6. Identifying new customers and increase the Business Volume. The right candidate should have the experience and skills in OPEING DOORS, relationship management, networking in the industry for increasing business. Will be fully responsible for end to end sales.
7. Candidate has to prepare reports as decided during the journey with CMW and most importantly candidate has to update daily activity in CRM tool which will help understand the progress of client status.
Expectations: Medium Travel Frequency in South India Region.
The candidate should have a excellent presentation skills, command of written and spoken English.
