    Sales Targets Achievement: Constantly strive to achieve and surpass sales targets for the region.

    Data Analytics: Monitor market share of brand vis--vis the competitors, align local tactics to national strategies and provide regular feedback to marketing on effectiveness of their strategies.

    Promotional Plan Execution: Support marketing in devising local campaigns/ initiatives to expand market share (specific communication/ drive, medical/ scientific symposium, specific strategy with key accounts) and support relevant marketing activities. Organize, implement execution plans to drive demand generation and sales realization. Developing differentiated brand identity through scientific engagements.

    Channel management: Monitor the channel for sales facilitating stock availability, distribution of stocks in cases of shortages. Oversee secondary sales and stock levels and forecast requirements for the next month/quarter.

    Pharmacovigilance: Report adverse drug reactions to Pharmacovigilance within specified time and coordinate with the function in order to resolve/handle the situation.

    KOL Management: To identify & regularly interface with KOLs in order to develop advocacy for Sanofis MS franchise. Should also have a long term vision for KOL development through scientific engagements and therapy advocacy by engaging & developing KOLs. Develop short & long term engagement plans along with relevant stakeholders and take ownership of its execution.

    Liaison: Develop and maintain good relationships with cross functional teams, Health authorities, Key decision maker, monitor and support the appointment of distributors
