    Job role-
    • Able to handle various loan products and implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth.
    • Expertise in tapping prospects, analyzing their requirements, rendering guidance to the clients and negotiate (commercially) for the Loan products.
    • Recruiting DSTs, assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals with Branch Banking as the main channel.
    • To ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
    • Should have strong relationship building as need to interact with various RL Branches & DSA/Channels for business.

    Required Candidate profile

    • BCom/ MBA(Fin) with 3 -5 years of past Sales / collection experience in assets.
    • The candidate would need to handle Sales for a gamut of products like Unsecured BL, BLOD & FCCR. 
    • Candidate will manage existing clients as well as identify new ones in the market Needs to have a good knowledge of Local market with a special focus on the Self-employed category. Must have experience in that Geography
    • Ability to get the customer to buy into the asset proposition- loan amount, rate & fees. 
    • Should have good oral and written Communication skills.
    • The candidate would need to handle Sales for a gamut of products like TL, OD, CC, Trade, Forex and hence basic product understanding is required
    • At least 3 years experience in Delhi markets
