Achievement of budgeted SEG targets of CBG Center by sourcing NTB business through channels/self-sourcing, customer relationship management, coordinating post sanction formalities such as, disbursement, cross-sell, compliance of statutory & internal audit issues, providing industry/segment specific feedback to Geography and Central Office team, etc.
Marketing of SEG products under SME segment. SEG is Small Enterprise Group dealing in accounts.
Sourcing quality new to bank business to achieve Asset, NII and Fee income target along with maintaining quality of accounts booked. New to Bank business can be sourced in two ways - A. Self-sourcing | B. Driving Channels (Both internal & external)
In addition to generation of SME business, the SRM is also expected to generate leads of other departments products such as:
Products for cross sell
2. Current Accounts
3. CMS Accounts
4. Salary Accounts
5. General Insurance
6. Burgundy Accounts including Axis Direct
TeleSmart Tracking & Management
SRM need to ensure all cross-sell leads are entered in Telesmart
Post generation and entry of leads in Telesmart, the SRM is expected to liaise with the concern RM for closure.
Enabling Sanctioning Process:
Collecting relevant documents necessary for sanctioning,
Preparation of file for the sanctioning process,
Triggering title search and valuation,
Conducting Unit Visit,
Obtaining independent market feedback
Post Sanction formalities:
Liaisoning with Corporate Banking Operations team (CBB/ MCMC/ CCOH) and CPU to enable smooth completion of post sanction formalities, account opening and disbursement.
Meeting customer service requirement through regular interactions with customers through meeting / call to understand business condition, enhancement opportunity, etc.
Additional credit and other banking requirements (CMS facility, Current Account, etc.) while also generating new leads for Sales Manager.
Group existing portfolio on the basis of size, value of relationship, additional business potential opportunity, business condition, etc. in order to prioritize visits and take care of customer requirement.
