    Sales responsibilities:-

    Responsible for generating leads in extending MSME finance and achieve the targets agreed upon with the branch manager.
    Responsible for communicating the companys value proposition and product offerings to the client in an effective manner.
    Develop, nurture and manage relationships with potential customers as well as various partners and stakeholders.
    Perform marketing activities as advised by the branch manager on an on-going basis to create awareness and generate leads.
    Undertake basic financial analysis of the customer to understand the financial health of the company and their promoters.
    Have a strong understanding of policies and norms of the company.
    Undertake field investigation and personal discussions with the customers (as necessary).
    Manage fulfillment of leads across various channels Online, DSA channel, partnership-based channels etc.
    Responsible for following through the entire loan process until closure of the loan.
    Coordinate with various departments in the branch, central office and external vendors (as necessary) to ensure the proposal is reviewed and decision is taken in a timely manner.
    Assist the branch manager in understanding the competitive scenario in the branch catchment area including various initiatives being taken up by competitors, product offerings being made etc.

    Collections responsibilities:-

    Responsible for improving the quality of portfolio by ensuring timely collections.
    Ensuring frequent interactions with customers to gather information about portfolio health and potential delinquencies.
    Responsible for working with the client to recover loans which move into higher delinquency buckets or become an NPA.
    Responsible for meeting the branch collections targets and maintaining the portfolio IRR.
