    Designation: Relationship Manager ( On role of Reliance Securities Ltd)

    Department:- Sales & Acquisition(Retail)

    Product:- D-mat, Equity, Mutual Fund & Third Party Product.

    Preferred Industry:- Banking, Insurance & Broking.

    Qualification: Graduation / Post-graduation

    Experience: 1 to 8 Years(Preferred Industry)

    CTC: - 2.00 lacs to 5.50 lacs + Huge Incentive

    Note :- 30% to 50% Hike on current CTC.

    Location:- Hyderabad(Somajiguda, Kukatpally, Banjara Hills)
                       Vijayawada, Vishakhapatnam.

    Job Description:-
    1. Demonstrating/ Presenting/ Introducing/ Selling Banking investment products to the client.
    2. Convincing customer for new product and maintaining relationship with clients.
    3. Responsible for processing/ documentations of Clint.
    4. Create and drive alternate channels for business along with the regular channels Open up avenues for business through corporate channel.
    5. Analyzing of business trends and target figures to formulate new.
    6. Communicating intra-day trading calls and investing ideas to customers.
    7. Monitoring day to day operations at Branch.
    8. Maintaining regular relations with clients.
    Specific Responsibility:-

    1. Responsible for New Client Acquisition of trading accounts.
    2. Responsible for Meeting targets of Broking and TPP revenues
    3. Responsible for Margin collections for trade both online and through cheques/RTGS.
    4. Ensuring Work on direct databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients.
    5. Responsible for Cross sell LI/ GI/ PMS/ MF/ Gold only direct acquisitions (No distribution through remissers)
    Key Performance Indicators.

    1. Revenue (Equity Broking-Online/Offline*+TPP Revenue)-Qtr wise milestones(Rs) (40%).
    2. New Client Acquisition - Broking accounts - Qtr wise milestones(No) (15%).
    3. Inactive clients activation-Qtr wise milestones(No) (15%).
    4. Margin Collection-Qtr wise milestones(No) (10%).
    5. Minimum TPP Revenue (LI/MY GOLD/SIP)-Qtr wise milestones(No) (20%)
