    • Manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on floor presence and guest experience.

    • Identify potential clients and extract higher amount of business by providing various solutions after understanding the clients needs.
    • Should have the capability to "build the brand", and communicate with the media on a daily basis and who also should know how to handle matters in critical situations, and communicate with government authorities and enforcement agencies as required, and ability to communicate / give presentations at Board of Director meetings.
    • Increase the level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an improved product through employee development for quality service and image.
    • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
    • Be prepared to accept other duties and responsibilities in light of changing circumstances and changing individual, operational and service needs.
    • Operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining the reputation and ethos of the restaurant.
    • Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different responsibilities; exploring opportunities to add value to the organization.
    • Maintain team member morale and address any and all concerns with care and efficiency. Also manage staff performance in accordance with established standards and procedures.
    • Conduct pre-shifts, coach, develop, and mentor front of house team members.
    • Partner with Special Events, Back of House, and service staff to create exceptional experiences for the guest.
    • Maintain administrative responsibilities, including the performance review documentation for team members as needed, taking inventory, onboarding and orienting new team members as required.
    • Provide feedback to the management about the venue as issues arise that needs attention.

Salary: INR 8,00,000 - 18,00,000 PA. Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Desired Candidate Profile

    • B.Sc. hospitality degree/diploma highly desirable.
    • A very good decision maker with planning and organizing skills with at least 8 to 10 years of experience within Indian accent luxurious Hotel or restaurant environment, on managerial position, with a focus on service and leadership.
