Achieve topline business sales targets assigned on a monthly/yearly basis- individually as well as through the team. Cascade down the targets within the team and ensure targets are achieved.
Build and maintain relationships with Key accounts to ensure repeat and referral business on new as well as existing clients.
Proactively identifying and highlighting process gaps to achieve client delight.
Review and analyze shortfalls on weekly and monthly basis. Take corrective actions towards achievement of targets.
Provide market trends and sales information and inputs to Senior Management Team for analysis and formulating Sales Strategy and Sales forecast.
Developing the forms/formats for capturing the data for analysis and records. .i.e. customer registration form, quotation estimation form, order dispatch form etc.
Implement Sales Strategies as conceptualized by Management; Discounts/ Offers/ Schemes planned for the specific products.
Handling the direct walk-in of the clients, assigning the right retail manager for attending the customers.
To ensure presentability and upkeep of the showroom.
To oversee the maintenance of a client database& ensure the regular maintenance and updation of customer files.
Keeping a strict control and follow up on all outstanding P.I.s estimates on a daily basis.
Arrange and ensure timely collection from the market/clients for regular cash flow and healthy bottom line.
To issue order dispatch and sampling instructions on a daily basis to the team.
Managing information reports and Records:
Make reports as per requirement of senior Management as per a defined frequency.
Highlight the discrepancies or trending to the management as well as the respective departments which helps them in making decisions or taking up corrective actions.
Daily updates to Reporting Manager on summaries of dispatch order, sample dispatch, sales funnel- outstanding PIs, inventory and the reports as and when required.
Team building & Management:
Building up High performance team by regular Coaching, guidance on Sales techniques to the team for enhanced performance.
Identify top performers and provide grounds for their professional and personal growth through inclusive team leadership.
Monitoring & Reviewing mechanism for the team including monthly tracking and weekly sales reporting.
Facilitating healthy intra and inter departmental peer relationships in order to seamlessly achieve the company revenue targets.
Recruit, select, develop and retain appropriate team members. Recognize and praise individual performance whilst resolving conduct and performance issues promptly.
