You will be aligned with our Capital Markets Processes vertical and help us with the part of the financial system concerned with raising capital by dealing in shares, bonds, and other long-term investments.
You will be working as a part of Risk & compliance team which is responsible for risk & compliance functions of financial services, to identify risk and mitigation plans and adherence to the same.
You will be responsible for Fraud Management where in you will Manage risk incidents reporting, perform root cause analysis on errors, liaise with operations SMEs and Management in validating, managing and reporting risk incidents across multiple clients. You will perform data analysis of risk incidents data and prepare presentations for governance meetings with key stakeholders, ensure various issues are raised on the back of risk incidents, auditing, control testing, thematic reviews, etc. and have appropriate actions in place to mitigate the risk. You will also be involved in performing process reviews, assist control testing efforts from internal and external teams; coordinate audits from internal and external teams to make them audit ready.The skills required for this role are Knowledge of Fraud Management, Risk incidents reporting, Data analysis, Stakeholder Management, Risk Mitigation Planning and Written & Verbal Communication.
