Communication Skills Tests - Versant Guidelines : -
Versant Test: It is a listening and speaking test of 30 minutesduration. Candidates are judged on Reading, Repeating the sentences, ShortQuestions, Jumbled sentences, Story Retelling, Open Questions etc.
Belit Test (Listening and Reading)
Itis a test of your comprehension ability.
Questions are related to general grammar and from the reading materialprovided.
You are given a time limit of 30mins to do this exercise.

Work you'll do
As an ELEprofessional, you will collaborate with different teams and act as a talent . Not only will you work independently, butyou'll also collaborate and work with virtual teams. Onboarding and Transfersteam primarily acts as the 'face of the ELE' with the internal as well as theexternal clients.
Yourother responsibilities will include:
Â· Partner closely with the recruiters andcoordinators to understand the upcoming volumes for both campus and experiencedhires to build strategies/timelines for smooth and effective onboarding.
Â· Coordinate with all the other team membersinternally and with other groups within ELE to drive for quality and SLAs onall deliverables.
Â· Partner closely with different groups within CTSand all other US teams (Acquisition, Delivery, Operations, L&D, Payroll,Technology, and external vendors) to resolve any potential candidate preonboardingand postonboarding queries/issues.
Â· Manage the transfer process for both India and theUnited States.
Â· Ensure that every candidate has the Deloittecandidate experience and continuously thrives to enhance it.
Â· Collaborate with the US team to understandtalent priorities and help in prioritization and implementation of projects.
Â· Implement and enforce high standards for qualitydeliverables.
Â· Manage different processes like Onboarding, W2D(Welcome to Deloitte), Transfer, and Exits for both India and the United States.
Â· Assist with internal qualityassurance/compliance reviews.
The team supports the US and USI TalentAcquisition professionals in a variety of core activities. Our ELEprofessionals manage end-to-end activities for a candidate from applicationmanagement until the candidate's onboarding. Our team adheres to establishedfirm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regularreports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The teamprovides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals, and iscontinually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
Shift Timing - 6 PM to 3 AM
Required Candidate profile
Â·6 months-4 years of professional experience inTalent or related business processes
Â·Any Under Graduate (BCom, BA, BSc, and BCA)
Â·Strong knowledge on Database Management Systems
Â·Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Â·Postgraduation (MBA in HR, MA, and MCom) ispreferred
Â·Experience in working on cloud-basedapplications like SAP HR, Taleo, Success Factor, or other applications inHR/Talent
Â·Experience working in HRSS department of amultinational company
Â·Relevant experience in business processreengineering, work body transitions, and quality controls
Â·Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); macro knowledge is a plus
Â·Ability to work virtually and multitask
Â·Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Â·Experience working in a fast-paced, teamenvironment
Â·Experience working independently on multipleassignments or engagements
