Key Responsibilities : a Excellent communication and presentation skills and capable of leading a team, worked on SuccessFactors or similar HCM technology implementation projects, performing a variety of roles, through the full project life-cycleb Candidate must have at least two or more SF Compensation/Variable Pay/Reward and Recognition End to end implementation or Support Project experience c Must have worked on Compensation template creation and copy, setting up route maps, guidelines, budgets
Technical Experience : a 5 years of relevant consulting or industry experience and experience in configuring, implementing and supporting one or more SuccesFactors modulesb Conduct discovery workshops and understand business processes to map Success Factors Compensation and Reward and Recognition requirements Supporting client in various phases of design, build, testing to go-live c Basic knowledge of Reward and Recognition and SF Variable Pay Module
