    The Sales & BD Manager would be responsible for creating awareness about company in local market and generating revenue by selling enterprise solutions, cloud services, AWS Services, Azure Services etc.

    We deliver Optimized and business aligned Cloud & Managed Services and On-Premise IT Infrastructure to create competitive advantages to our clients.

    Responsibilities:
    1. Meet aggressive Sales Targets on MoM, QoQ and YoY basis.
    2. Create and maintain healthy business relationship with existing & new clients
    3. Research, identify & engage with new clients for business acquisition.
    4. Regular connect with clients to identify opportunities for growth within our products & solutions.
    5. Work cross functionally within the company to engage all stakeholders to ensure clients success.
    6. Manage all reporting about the health of Client Accounts.
    7. Identify and develop new business opportunities at B2B/B2C channel by promoting nice product range to new and existing clients.
    8. Develop and manage new and existing clients by providing high caliber of service, explore and identify all their needs.
    9. Approach new businesses with proposals.
    10. Manage and maintain sales / clients database.
    11. Generate new business opportunities in assigned territory / channel.
    12. Create proposals for target clients with relevant info and quotes.
    13. Manage clients- / projects- receivables and cash collections in light of preset financial KPI.
    14. Ensure clients have positive experience by communicating effectively pre and post deal process.
    15. Oversee and manage corporate team of sales executives/business development executives to achieve set targets
    16. Work closely with relevant departments / colleagues - commercial, marketing, product supply & MRI- to ensure efficient operation in terms of - product availability, storage, delivery & after sales service-
    17. Work closely with marketing and promotion team to design required promotion and awareness campaigns for target market / clients.
    18. Field Sales

    Challenges:
    1. To identify & develop new business opportunities in B2B/B2C channel.
    2. To act effectively as team player with company management / colleagues taking proactive role in improving overall company performance.
    3. To establish / build long term efficient relationship with clients in targeted channel / market.
    4. Manage customers- needs / expectation in line of company guidelines to ensure win / win relation.

    Skills:
    3 to 5 years for SMs , total experience min. 2-5 years out of in B2B/B2C channel in India.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills
    Fluent English
    Excellent Negotiation and Selling skills
    Team player and ability to work with & through others
    Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationship with B2B clients
    Immediate Joiners Prefered.

Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A. Incentives, Best In Industry
