    • We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.
    • We are hiring for Sales Profile with below skill sets, Kindly find the below details:
    • Communicating with new, existing and prospective clients.
    • Candidate must be fluent in English and Hindi/ Telugu
    • To make daily sales calls to Clients/Customer
    • Explain them about our project and services and schedule an appointment with our Sales Team.
    • Main task of tele-caller will be convincing and appointment setting.
    • Reaching out to new customers and explaining them about our projects.
    • Excellent with tele-calling skills, soft skills, customer interaction
    • Good at Basic Computers Ms-words & Ms-excel
    • Should be able to work with a Team
    • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and convincing power
    • Should have Strong attitude in selling
    • Should have learning & positive attitude.
    • Responsible for lead conversions and revenue Generation
    • Responsible for Selling & launching successful public batches for IT training courses.
    • Working on lead conversion aggressively.
    • Working on annual targets and achieving them quarterly and monthly.
    • To handle daily correspondence with clients.
    • Maintaining relations with clients.
    • Interdepartmental coordination for successful delivery
    • Conduct Market research and area mapping for all new launches
    • Identify potential strategic partnership opportunities within and outside the industry
    • Articulating requirements of the client and assess their suitability for the same.
    • Taking responsibility for the creation of training solution designs, proposals in consultation with the Management.
    Requirements

    • Proven inside sales experience
    • Track record of over-achieving quota
    • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
    • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
    • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
    • Strong listening and presentation skills
    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
