    Position: Sales & Business Development Manager

    Qualification: B.Tech/MCA/MBA(Marketing with IT background)

    PAL InfoCom Technologies Pvt Ltd., Mohali (www.palinfocom.com) has been servicing global clients since 2007. We are a focused company providing eLearning software development & eCourses design services. We use several open source technologies to build a training platform for corporates, educational institutes & professional training service companies etc.

    We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to be based at our global development facility, Mohali. You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in bringing business related to Websites design & development and mobile Apps projects. An experience in the eLearning industry will be a Big+ though not mandatory. Also, we are majorly focused overseas so the experience of dealing with such clients will be an added advantage.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    1) Conduct research to identify potential business opportunities and target market for our company micro products and services.

    2) Plan the sales strategies to bring in sales

    3) Build your sales targets matching with company expectations and make plans to achieve these.

    4) Plan the Digital marketing & other initiatives and work with our outsourced agency to monitor their progress.

    5) Periodic sales reporting to the management

    6) Identify the challenges & risks in achieving goals and work to find alternative plans to achieve those.

    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

    1. In bringing business related to the Websites/Web-based micro-products like Plugins, Scripts, themes etc in the LMS (Learning management system) and CMS (Content management system) market. This is a must.

    2. In selling LMS & CMS ongoing support & maintenance subscription packages.

    3. In acquiring the Web & Apps development projects

    You should:

    a) Understand that Companies survive and thrive only on profits, so you should be the target oriented person.

    b) Be good in both oral and written communication

    c) Be a sharp planner to achieve goals

    d) Good in coordination

    e) Be a positive & optimistic thinker

    f) Hands-on as well as a Team builder to do and get work done.

    g) be comfortable working in a small (yet established) company.
