    Job Description :

    This position is a part of Sales Excellence and Development role, reporting directly to Head Sales. The major KRAs would be:

    • Project management and delivery of region specific sales activities to ensure consistency & continuous improvement of sales performance standards
    • Leading, Developing and Improving Sales force KPIs
    • Working closely with Branch manager and other stakeholders to improve their ability to coach sales people in the field and their ability to manage performance in their area of responsibility.
    • To lead the Sales training initiatives in the region or the branches assigned
    • Responsible for the People Development aspects related to the achievement of Sales Plan.
    • To articulate and conduct Sales Training modules based on the requirements
    • Training Need identification for the sales force
    • Etc.

    Desired Profile :

    We are looking for a strong Sales and Business Development professional with 8-12 years experience in Service Industry. Incumbent should have handled Corporate Sales/Key Accounts Management/B2B Sales roles with proven track record.
