    Job Summary

    As a Sales Enablement Specialist in the Global Sales Operations organization, you are in a role that is essential to enable the global sales teams with the end - to - end support of various sales promotional programs. In this role, you will be responsible to provide daily operational support for sales promotions. You will work closely with the Geo Sales Ops, Geo Channel Ops, Product/ Solutions Marketing and Customer Success Ops teams. You will also be required to extract data from systems and merge, make, update and distribute reports based on that data - both ad hoc periodic. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness and success of the sales organization, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

    Job Requirements

    Provide outstanding daily operational support to the sales promotion support activities

    o Function as the program expert, with complete knowledge of the program guidelines

    o Respond to queries from sales teams

    o Send notification emails to customers periodically

    o Work closely with global/ geo/ channel sales/ sales ops teams and product/ solutions marketing teams

    o Create and send weekly and ad hoc reports to program owners

    o Extract data from systems (SFDC, internal Business Intelligence tool)

    o Merge, make, update and distribute reports based on that data

    o Take up both ad hoc and periodic reporting

    Work in late evenings to support Americas/ EMEA (2pm to 11pm).

    Learn understand the NetApp sales process and partner sales model.

    Occasionally take up non - routine and unstructured tasks related to Sales Promotions

    Requirements:

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational abilities, and proven attention to detail.

    Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross - departmental teams

    Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility

    Must be flexible to work during 6am to 3pm

    Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and perform diverse job functions.

    Excellent time management, analytical and problem - solving skills.

    Education

    Bachelor s Degree

    Minimum of 3 years enterprise - wide experience in sales operations or sales support, preferably within high tech companies

    Experience with Salesforce. com or other CRM tools reporting

    Proficient in MS Excel (intermediate level - formulas, advanced filters, external references, charts graphs, pivot table)

    Experience Range - 3 - 6 years
