     1. Handle sales / leasing of residential , commercial , IT properties and plotted developements.
    2. Identify market segments , define and execute sales strategies
    3. Create and manage client relationships
    4. Generate business for products and services of the company
    5. Create new business opportunities and achieve business targets
    6.Independently market the projects of the company from head office and at sites assigned to you from time to time besides other specific assignments.
    7. Be responsible to collect 100% of consideration amounts due from sales of flats/shops .
    8. Build contacts with estate agents and brokers.
    9.Successfully  plan and participate in real estate exhibitions
    10. Marketing plan of the projects of the company , commercial space renting and selling
    11.Deal with the sales, leave and license of flats/office/properties belonging to the company.
    12. In charge of sales and leasing of flats/offices/plotted developments , IT space etc .
    13. Hard and soft selling through ads tele marketing , internet etc
    14. Follow up all leads for conversions into sales/leases
    15. Conduct site visits with customers
    16.Perform sales pictures in PPT
    17. Negotiation skills with customers to close the deal.
    18. Prepare sales report in prescribed format for management and in ERP
    19. Visit other projects frequently and study their sales
    techniques
    20. Set monthly sales target for himself and also to other sales executives and work towards achieving it .

    Required Candidate profile

    1. Graduate / freshers
    2. Male / Female
    3. Min. 3 yrs exp. in a reputed Builders Office in sales of flats, plots.
    4. English medium schooled from 1st to 12th standard
    5. Excellent English & Tamil written, spoken and comprehension / communication skills. Hindi proficiency is an added advantage.
    6. Competent in computing skills - MS Office, Internet, PPP, ERP
    7. Must be entrepreneurial in nature and highly self-motivated
    8. Smartly attired, pleasant personality & amiable person
    9. Must be outgoing and relationship-oriented
    10. Honesty and Integrity of character required
    11. Ambitious and self-driven candidates preferred
    12. Must be able to SELL!
