    1. Responsible for sales target of Milk and its achievement for assigned District.
    2. Responsible for collections against sales and its reconciliation wherever needed.
    3. Responsible for product placement and achieving sales volumes of assigned territories.
    4. New Channel exploration, Channel expansion, channel development and its management.
    5. Handling down to line Staff
    6. To achieve targets and review performance of the subordinates.
    7. Responsible for distributors/ retailers by identifying new market potential
    8. Coordination with other support functions like manufacturing, Logistics, marketing & finance etc. for smooth operations.
    9. Handling customer complaints and its redressal.
    10. To ensure sales realization from the retailers/ distributors and follow up on issues related to discrepancies.
    11. To do the planning and forecasting of the demand against sales target assigned.
    12. To initiate promotional and awareness activities to encourage sales team for increasing in consumer sales.
    13. Any other work assigned from time to time by the company.
