    Sales Leader, South Asia






    PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

    - Deliver profitable and consistent business growth by formulating business strategies, drive execution

    - Manage, coach and inspire sales & distributors team to accomplish business objective while creating & maintaining a high team morale

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    - Lead sales team to define new opportunities and implement value selling processes to achieve targets and ensure performance metrics are achieved

    - Channel partner management to define goals and implementation plan to achieve & exceed targets

    - Partner with key internal stakeholders to align & implement strategic plan and drive new initiatives & offering

    - Cultivate and develop relationships with top management of targeted existing and potential customers to promote Company as the preferred supplier

    - Provide timely and accurate monthly reports to effectively measure progress against agreed plans.

    - Proactively support the key global and regional strategies, to continually meet and exceed the KPI targets

    - Drive and continually work with the sales team to improve our forecast accuracy.

    - Drive initiatives to achieve working capital targets for inventory and account receivables

    - Actively promote Company profile at conferences, tradeshows and industry seminars to foster industry wide network

    Required Candidate profile

    REQUIREMENTS:

    - Degree in Business, Biotechnology or related Science/Technology

    - Minimum 15 years of successful experience in managing complex operation based businesses,

    - Minimum 7 years of commercial Sales leadership experience including proven distributor/ channel partner management.
