    Job Description

    As the Key Account Manager at RoofandFloor, you will be be responsible for driving real estate client acquisition for revenue generation.

    Key Accountabilities

    Customer acquisition, topline sales/profitability, and renewal/upsell targets for enterprise accounts in his/her portfolio
    Establish RoofandFloor as the leading partner for clients
    Work closely with the product, operations, and customer experience teams to craft and deliver a solution that meets the client requirements
    Diligently capture information/summary of sales calls in the CRM application to help the Sales Head plan the targets
    Deliver annual target revenue goals

    Role Specifications

    MBA from reputed institutes
    Ability to understand a client situation and present a relevant product
    A go-getter who takes up sales challenges
    Excellent communication skills
    An attitude to get things done
    Willingness to learn and grow

    Good written and verbal communication skills
