Sales Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute impactful training programs in line with the Annual Training Calendar.
• Conduct in-person, classroom-style training workshops to develop selling skills, product knowledge, and objection-handling techniques.
• Facilitate role-playing exercises to simulate real-world sales scenarios and reinforce learning outcomes.
• Provide individual coaching and actionable feedback to front-line sales personnel to enhance field effectiveness.
• Identify training needs through regular interaction with the sales team and line managers; create and implement customized learning modules accordingly.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and induction training for new hires, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance requirements.
• Maintain high levels of training quality and professionalism in all interactions with the sales force.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training interventions with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, field feedback, and performance improvement metrics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Business Management.
• Minimum 510 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales training or field sales with a flair for training.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital learning platforms is preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Industry experience is mandatory
• Trainers with prior Pharma Sales are preferred
• Must have an experience in Content Development
