Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention for the assigned area, product line, market segment wrt assigned customer accounts and achieve sales target


    Job Description:

    Territory mapping and market segmentation to tap new markets and prospective clients and product management.
    Responsible for understanding the full spectrum of metering/motor/pump products, their application, power systems and educating the team and customers.
    Responsible for leading and guiding the team for achieving the highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.
    Responsible for understanding the customers requirements in terms of business and technical needs, communicate with the customer with regard to the technical and commercial aspects of the product and deal with the queries raised by them.
    Communicate and deal with external customer and internal product development and technical staff on various aspects of product development and delivery.
    Responsible for product promotion/management planning and execution.
    Responsible for positioning the company's product and brand favorably in comparison to competitors products and brand.
    Responsible for control over billing and receivable controls to ensure a healthy cash flow.
    Contribute in the tendering and sample testing process, experience of project will be preferred.


    Candidates profile:

    Candidate must have degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering from a reputed institute / university.

    Experience in promoting metering products or substation equipments like transformers, switchgear etc in Industries/Utilities.
    Depth technical knowledge in Electrical Domain. Competent in MS Office.
    Good Communication and Presentation skill,
    Customers :
    State Electricity Boards , Panel Builders, OEM ,Consultants, Turnkey Contractors..
