Role Description :Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.

Job Requirements : Responsibilities:1 Should have expertise in Configuration including but not limited to Workflows, Validation rules, Approval Processes, Process builder, Email2Case etc 2 Security settings like OWD, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Roles, Permission sets etc3 Good understanding on SFDC Sharing model and Data model4 Must have hands on experience in Apex classes, Visual Force, Triggers, Batch and Schedule Apex5 Must have knowledge on integrations with REST and SOAP APIs and should be able to debug integration issuesProfessional Experience: 1 Must understand existing code and implementation2 Have hands on Data Migration/Deployment3 Must troubleshoot and debug the code/config/access/data issues with minimal supervision4 Troubleshooting, conducting root cause analysis and resolving the production issues5 Knowledge on Sales and Service clouds6 Good to have knowledge in Lightning7 Good to have SFDC support experience
