Satyam Ventures hiring Suspension Durability Analyst.


Job Location: Chennai.


Experience: 5 to 12 Years


Qualification B.E/M.E (Automotive, Mechanical)


Skill Set: Abaqus, Implicit Abaqus, Ncode, Hypermesh, Ansa.


Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days only.


Job Description:


  • Expertise in Nonlinear static and dynamic analysis using ABAQUS (implicit solver) TOOL.

  • Experience in Method development and Test correlation.

  • Engineer should independently handle Suspension durability calculations (component and system level) using ABAQUS, nCode and Hypermesh tools.

  • Understand the scope of analysis, interpret the results and prepare analysis report.

  • Communicate with customer on the project status/ inputs and analysis reviews.

  • Work on test correlation/ method development and program gateway.

  • Support team in debugging ABAQUS errors and convergence issues.
