Scrum Master (Project Specialist), Robotic Process Automation

The Robotic Process Automation Scrum Master is to support the productive efforts of the team through facilitating continuous improvement, removing impediments and guiding the team through commitments. Additionally, help ensure that projects are completed on time and budget, with an aim to exceed business expectations
Mange on-site and off-shore developers on the delivery team.
Facilitate meetings on Bot requirements. Create features and manage backlog.
Proactively lead and facilitate all impediments, resolutions to ensure team velocity.
Publish weekly reports and monthly score cards about the engagement.
Communicate work in progress and upcoming work to key stakeholders.
Document lessons learned and lead continuous improvement efforts.
Develops and maintains relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
Improves team performance by building team cohesiveness, leading, mentoring, training, and motivating in order to facilitate cooperation among the team.
RPA development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, Business Administration or related field.
Should have experience in working with global/cross-cultural clients and teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a balanced mix of analytical, consultative, and facilitation skills
Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent prioritization and time-management skills.
Experience in identifying requirements and developing user stories, using Agile methodologies
Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with JIRA.
UiPath Certification, or other leading RPA technology-based Training.
Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI or equivalent.
Successfully led Transformation initiatives; Participated in implementation or upgrades to digital platforms or tools.
Expertise in Change / Risk/Communications / Planning management
Familiarity with BPM Tools (preferred)
Familiarity with RPA Tools (preferred)
