Skills and Competencies:
Â· Good understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm - marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and reporting
Â· Excellent program management by asking good questions to understand needs and goals, challenges the statusquo, provides innovative, impactful ideas, suggests alternatives and is able toarticulate pros and cons
Â· Ability to scope, plan, research, analyze, and present data in intuitive graphical formats todraw menaingful insights
Â· Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint and ability tointegrate various technologies to support marketing efforts
Â· Understanding of digital and key social media platforms - Twitter, LinkedIn, SlideShare, etc.
Â· Should focus onthe end goal and quickly adapt to changing business priorities
Â· Build relationships, share new ideas and interact with marketers based in U.S.

What you'll do:
As a senior strategic marketing analyst in Deloitte Services LP, a subsidiary of the Deloitte US Firms, you will contribute to the growth and development of the organization in a variety of ways.
Key job responsibilities include:
Â· Develop internal and externalcommunications and marketing collaterals to propagate Deloitte's services andproducts
Â· Prepare reports illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text
Â· Create impactful and targetedinsights to help SMPs and leaders take effective business decisions
Â· Perform analysis on marketing metrics tomeasure ROI to help focus on prioritycampaigns
Â· Provide innovative approaches,share and leverage best practices
Â· Collaborate across theorganization to design and deliver campaigns
Â· Adhere to the processes, protocols, reference material, and tools for developing deliverables
Senior strategic marketing analysts serve as trusted marketing and communications advisors to SMPs. SMPs are part of the Marketing & Communications team at Deloitte.
Qualifications and experience required:
Â· 3-4 years of experience in marketing, with good understanding of integrated marketing and communications strategies and how they come together to provide measurable results
Â· Master's degree ideally with a focus in Marketing, Communication, English or a related business field.
